Ordinary Slag Cleaner

This product is prepared by a variety of salt compounds according to a certain proportion, and processed by special technology. The treated slag will become quite dry and loose, and less aluminum will be mixed in the slag, thereby reducing the loss of aluminum and improving the purity of the liquid aluminum.
Shape: white or off-white powder, 1kg/bag or 2.5kg/ bag
Applicable alloys: Aluminum and aluminum alloys other than high magnesium aluminum alloys
Processing temperature: 700℃ ~ 780℃
Recommended dosage: Add 0.1 ~ 0.3% of the weight of aluminum melt, depending on the type of furnace and the purity of the charge
Main advantages:

How to use:
Before or after refining, the Slag Cleaner evenly spread on the surface of the liquid aluminum, then due to the reaction of the slag cleaner release a lot of heat, so that the slag quickly heated up and red, stir the aluminum slag in time, so that the flux and aluminum slag full contact 3 ~ 5 minutes, until the slag is dry, powder can be removed.
