How to use:
In the refining temperature range, put the quantitative Refining Agent into the powder spray machine storage tank and cover it, first pass nitrogen (pressure is 1.2 ~ 1.8kg/cm2), and then open the switch under the refining tank. When the refining agent is sprayed out of the iron pipe, the iron pipe is inserted into the aluminum liquid for horizontal movement, and the insertion depth should be the end of the iron pipe at 3/4 of the depth of the aluminum liquid. Move the iron pipe 2 to 3 times before and after, do not touch the furnace wall, in order to prevent blocking the pipe, in the refining time (6 to 20t for 10 to 15 minutes), the flux is sprayed, and then the iron pipe from the aluminum liquid, shut off the nitrogen.
Note:
A.The speed of powder delivery is controlled by opening the size of the switch at the bottom of the refining tank, and the flux is sprayed as much as possible during the refining time
B.by controlling the nitrogen pressure to control the height of liquid aluminum billowing, under the premise of not blocking the pipe, the billowing degree is better, should be below 15cm.
