Degassing Refining Agent is a more traditional refining agent. It has the double effect of slag removal and gas removal, and is currently recognized as a good solid degassing agent.

Applicable alloy: In addition to high magnesium alloy other aluminum alloy products, cast aluminum alloy use effect is particularly good
Processing temperature: 680℃ ~ 800℃
Recommended dosage: Add 0.1 ~ 0.2% of the weight of the liquid aluminum in the large melting furnace, and add 0.4 ~ 0.6% of the crucible furnace
Main advantages:
1, can remove hydrogen, oxidation slag and other inclusions in liquid aluminum, improve casting quality, easy to use, obvious degassing effect
2. After treatment, the hydrogen content of liquid aluminum is less than 0.1ml/100gA1, the content of inclusions (A12O3) is reduced by more than 20%, and the inclusion defects of castings are reduced by 50%
How to use:
The bell jar is pressed deep into the liquid aluminum and moved horizontally until it does not bubble. Ensure that the refining time is more than 10 minutes, and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before entering the next process.
